In a move which surprised literally no one, the extreme leftist hate group called the Southern Poverty Law Center accused President Trump of speaking to a hate group. The SPLC exists purely as a political smear organization hiding behind a name which implies that they are advocates for the downtrodden. Their actions bely their pretense, exposing their true nature as a real hate group which condemns anyone or any thing which doesn’t conform to the ever changing liberal definition of “normal”.
Newsweek’s article on the story opens with:
“President Donald Trump will be the first sitting president to address the Family Research Council’s Values Voter Summit, which the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) described as a “rogues’ gallery of the radical right.”
Trump will be the keynote speaker at Friday’s event, which will also be attended by his former strategist, Steve Bannon. Other speakers include the founder of anti-Islam group ACT for America and former Trump strategist, Sebastian Gorka.
The anti-LGBTQ Family Research Council, labeled as a hate group by the SPLC, has hosted its annual summit since its inception in 2006.”
This article goes into more detail on the origins and the downward spiral of the SPLC, and is well worth reading to educate yourself about what they truly represent and what they stand against – which is essentially the moral foundation of our nation.
If you are a conservative individual who embraces “family values” and recognizes today’s liberalism as a delusional worldview, the SPLC is fighting against you and your beliefs.
